Some of my equipment and antennas
This is My new HF operations desk - It is made from scrap wood - I made it in 3 sections so it would be easy to move - the Hutch - the Top and the Base - I make 95% of My projects from reworked scrap - thanks for looking.
These are pictures of some of my Ham gear and antennas - most of the antennas are home brew with more to come - just finished a 17Mtr rotatable dipole and am working on a 12Mtr vertical - the 17Mtr vertical is mounted on one leg of the tower toward you - top end is at 42 feet - more info later - thanks for the visit -

This is My new 17Mtr rotatable dipole - it is made with a combination of 1/2 inch EMT conduit and PVC plumbing pipe - it is only 16 feet off the ground and rotated by hand at this time - it is fed direct with very old RG-58 foam coax - it has an SWR of 1.4-1 across the band - so far have worked Morocco - Spain - France - and Central Republic of Africa and more - may do better when it gets some sky around it - thanks for looking at My home brew projects.

This is my new 72 element Colinear for Fast Scan TV on 439.25Mhz - it is made from PVC plumbing pipe and fittings for the frame work and the elements are made of heavy duty clothesline wire - the feed point is at 55 feet - it is fed with 300 ohm twinlead direct at the antenna and on the shack end with RG-58 with an RG-59 coaxial balun - so far it is working very well. Thanks for looking. Dale WA8KQQ
